The Clinical Clerkship curriculum utilizes experiences with patients, peers and faculty in clinical settings that develop students who are passionate about medicine. Students learn the skills and attitudes for compassion, honesty and integrity, which receive the same priority as scientific and technical skills. Through a variety of teaching and learning strategies, students acquire the attitudes, knowledge and skills required for patient care through time-honored data gathering methods of history-taking and the physical examination, appropriate use and interpretation of tests, identification and in some instances administration of needed procedures, formulation of diagnoses and companion management plans using clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills and provision of patient education. They learn how to care for the full range of patient problems, acute, chronic, emergent, preventative, and rehabilitative, in inpatient, outpatient and continuing care settings.
All core disciplines (internal medicine, general surgery, pediatrics, obstetrics/gynecology, family and community medicine and psychiatry) are available in one location which enables a more effective delivery of clinical curriculum and improved outcomes for our medical students.

As such, choosing the right prep course for your USMLE studies can often be a make or break decision, and aspiring physicians shouldn’t leave anything to chance. We offer hundreds of hours of live class time led by top rated faculty member specialists, on demand video lessons, thousands of exam-like practice questions and first rate textbooks.
Test prep and clinical training are now aligned for better results and improved practical applications including personalized coaching and mentorship.
In order to make the most of your clinical experience, you need to be able to spend more time at the hospital and with your preceptors. That's why our student housing is in close proximity to our hospitals and in safe areas of the city. This is very important if your rotation requires you to be on call and travel to the hospital at odd times. All apartment-style suites are fully furnished and include an in-room kitchen with full-size refrigerator, two-burner stovetop, and microwave. In addition, all suites offer super-fast Wi-Fi and large HDTVs with expanded premium channels, laundry facility, and weekly housekeeping.
To further our mission to train the next generation of physicians, we also offer short term, 4- to 12-week clinically oriented rotations in the Clinical Electives Program (CEP). International senior-level medical students meeting the eligibility criteria may apply. The focus of the CEP is enhancing the training experience for our highly motivated students who are strongly interested in, and committed to, careers in medicine
Interact with advanced technology, full-body simulation mannequins with real-time physiological responses and feedback. Our simulation lab is designed to provide immersive learning experiences for our medical students. The simulation center, which consist of realistic looking clinical sim lab rooms, full-body mannequins and equipment, allow learners to practice and develop clinical expertise without any risk of patient harm. Learners apply their theoretical knowledge in carefully created hands-on scenarios that mimic various clinical situations inside these simulation laboratories.
All Saints University College of Medicine, SVG has established local, on-site clinical coordination to provide direct oversight and leadership for the management of clinical affairs in Atlanta, ensuring all student needs are met and maintaining the clinical rotation experience for our students. This team also ensures all accreditation requirements associated with clinical training are followed.
